What exactly is a
property RWA?
A Real-World Asset is an off-chain asset—or a legally enforceable economic right connected to it—represented inside a digital system. The blockchain can make issuance, ownership of the digital instrument and transactions auditable. It does not automatically create legal ownership of the underlying land.
The land or building
Identified by local government records, survey references, boundaries and jurisdiction.
What the holder is entitled to
Title, beneficial interest, debt claim, revenue share or another enforceable right defined by law and contracts.
The on-chain representation
